The Spoonmaker Diamond, the fourth largest diamond in the world is exhibited at the Topkapı Palace in Istanbul, Turkey. According to legend, the 86 carat diamond was found on the shores of Istanbul by a poor fisherman. Believing it to be sea glass, he traded it for three spoons.
